Warriors are everywhere
They are within and with out
When the warrior rages
Fear not
For the ranting is not a part of who you are
They are from some unseen force
Know this is not a reflection of you
Step into the rage
Feel it, calm it, and talk to it
For once you acknowledge it
You can now deal with it

Warrior of the soul
Listen to the ripples
As the blood streams throughout your body
Feel the flow of energy as it surges and purifies, nourishing your body
Feel the sincerity of the food as your stomach digests its nourishment
Feel the liquid surge throughout your body
Now feel the energy
Is it sluggish, overworked
Make adjustments
Make mental adjustments to slow down or speed up
This will align you to earth and the atmosphere
For once you are aligned You can accomplish anything

Love Thyself

The inward process of loving thyself
Is so important
Yet we are in a hurry and cover ourselves up
With words, music, work
We do not sit and listen to what our mind has to say
And when we do
We are appalled at the chatter that negatively breaks us down
But when I sit quietly and I ask the negative voice to go away
Something happens
A voice so quiet
So sincere
So loving appears
Loving me more than I could ever imagine
For deep down I truly love myself
All of me, forever and ever

Notice their demeanor

Wiser than most

To stop abruptly
However fear is the most common
To remove fear
Acknowledge it

Allow it to move out side of yourself
Then close the space with Divine Light

And the Clarity will come to you
