The inward process of loving thyselfIs so important
Yet we are in a hurry and cover ourselves up
With words, music, work
We do not sit and listen to what our mind has to say
And when we do
We are appalled at the chatter that negatively breaks us down
But when I sit quietly and I ask the negative voice to go away
Something happens
A voice so quiet
So sincere
So loving appears
Loving me more than I could ever imagine
For deep down I truly love myself
