Freshness, pure clean freshness

Sweeps around me like a gust of soft wind

Gently caressing my face, my lips and my mind

For the wind I cannot see

Nor can I smell

My Mud

Same time, same day, same everything

Does anything change

When will I get to be free

Or will I still be stuck in other peoples mud

I have my own mud, but no one sees my mud

They only see what they see

They think their mud is what I need

I do not need your mud

For I have my own mud to slush through

And I am not doing a very good job in my mud

For if I was balanced

And if I was clear

My mud would not be mud at all

When everything is in order

Order being that which best suits me

Then I can open up and find new interests

Yet my order is my order and no one else’s order

For when I try to squeeze my order into someone else’s order

All gets lost

I get lost and I get confused and I am uncertain

For when I am uncertain, I feel so out of order

So my best plan is to be comfortable

For when I am comfortable I know all is in order

When the carpet is pulled out from under me

I hold my chin up and I try to be brave

For bravery elicits many emotions

Kindness, compassion and rejoicing
