For when I forgive
I will release all those hooks that hold me back

Forgiving gives me the release I so desire

When I forgive I renew my own energy
Yet I hold back
I wallow in pity
I wallow in sadness
I wallow in anger
For I can forgive others
But today, I must forgive myself
