As we walk our walk
We talk our talk
Others may not understand
What I am trying to convey
For bringing up a subject
Will only make it clear in my mind
To have another understand my perspective
Is a challenge
But challenges are the panacea
Of our own connection to another
Living, breathing and lovingWhen that connection is severed

When that cord is united
